About La Luna

The location

Villa La Luna is a detached house in the green urbanisation Font de sant Llorenς, between Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar, about 70 km north of Barcelona. From the airport in Girona it is about 35 minutes drive.
The house is situated against a mountain slope so you have a beautiful view over the green forests with the boats on the Mediterranean Sea in the distance. The beach is 2500 metres away and within a few kilometres there are many supermarkets and restaurants.

The holiday home

Villa La Luna is situated on a sloping plot of 960 m2 and consists of two separate houses. Through the outside steps along the house, you walk to the garden and sea side and arrive at the entrance of the house on the ground floor that is rented. This floor (78 m2) consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. It may be that the owner is staying in the upstairs flat (to be excluded on request) but this is never rented out and the tenant enjoys all the private facilities.

The facilities

Villa La Luna has a private swimming pool (8x4m) and a large covered jacuzzi with a view. By the pool is an extra shower and toilet and a pool bar with fridge. In the garden are several terraces with chairs and sun beds. Next to the living room is the covered BBQ terrace with dining table. The bathroom, kitchen and interior are recently renovated and comfortable. There is good Wifi.
You can park your car on the premises behind a lockable sliding door.

implies that week is still available for renting.
